Our Return policy is entirely adaptable and customer friendly, we attempt to oblige our benefactors as much as possible, we invite replacements on the accompanying terms :

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and if the product doesn't match the item chosen during request confirmation  may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at to initiate a return.

  • Identification of quality or a manufacturing defect in the product you have got.

  • If the product is received in a Broken / damaged condition.

  • In the case of breakage and any transit damage, please send a picture (one of the damaged parts and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return via Whatsapp to the number mentioned below or mail us at and our team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

  • We will get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of accepting your Request mail with pictures. Once your request has been acknowledged, we will organize a return pick up of the item being referred to. 

  • We Hope you consider these points as can only process your refund or exchange after investigating the original packaging for foam and cushioning inside the package once we receive the item back to our warehouse.

  • All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse.

  • The refunds can be made in the form of  Reward points / Credit points, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation. 

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer ( Please provide your account details for the same ) Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.



  • Product must be returned with original packaging, including invoice etc. 

  • The product should be unused and in the original condition. 

  • In case of damaged products, our priority will be to replace the product instead of offering an immediate refund. 





After taking out the partial cost of freight based on invoice value as follows -

  • Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999 - Rs. 100

  • Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2999 - Rs. 300

  • Rs. 3000 - Rs. 9999 - Rs. 500

  • Rs. 10000 and above – 7 % of order value.
